Please advise............ Why do some of the images have the dotted line surrounding them and SOME are looking so professional ie. neat and tidy!

The reason it has a dotted line around it is because you didnt click on the " place inline" button after you uploaded the photo.. The " place inline" button puts the code for the photo into the text so it not only helps to position photos when you want to have photos scattered throughout lines of text , but it also eliminates the dotted line ..
You would click on the text box where you want to embed the photo, then scroll back down to the place where the file is uploaded and click on ' place inline" ..
