Jewelry kiln

I just received a jewelry kiln. Does anyone know how to use it? How long do I leave it plugged in? Pictures of the kiln are below.

I had one similar to this one and I was to to plug it in till it was RED hot and then it would be done.
I timed it and for mine it was approx. 45 minutes. Hopes this helps some.
