1/2 LB. AMERICAN SLICED CHEESE OR YOUR CHOICE,. CUT UP IN SMALL SQUARES
2 CUPS CHOPPED LETTUCE
2 CUPS CHOPPED TOMATOES, SINCE I DON'T LIKE TOMATOES, I USED CHERRY TOMS AND CUT IN HALF, SO I COULD PICK THEM OUT EASILY!
1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
SMALL AMOUNT OF GREEN OR RED SWEET PEPPER, DICED FINE (OPTIONAL)

DRESSING:

1/2 CUP MAYO..........I PREFER MIRACLE WHIP
1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
1 TABLESPOON OREGANO OR ITALIAN SEASONING, PLUS AN EXTRA SHAKE! ON THE LETTUCE MIX
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

WISK DRESSING IN SEPERATE BOWL AND SET ASIDE

LAYER THE FIRST 6 INGREEDIENTS IN A BOWL

POUR OVER THE MEAT AND VEGGIES, ONE HOUR BEFORE SERVING AND TOSSTHE DRESSING AND SALAD MIX.
REFRIDGERATE UNTILL SERVING TIME

SERVE WITH SLICED ITALIAN OR FRENCH BREAD, OR RYE OR SMALL ROLLS. I ALSO LIKE KEEBLER TOWN HOUSE CRACKERS.

REFRIDGERATE LEFTOVERS, IT WILL DRAW LIQUID.
